Located directly across from the bottom of the "Face" of the ski area , the "Outback" unit has a view of skiers in the winter and deer in the summer.On any day you are likely to see deer grazing or a bear looking for berries. After a busy day of doing fun things, retire to a quiet atmosphere of charcoaling dinner and, perhaps, reading a book in the cool mountian air.
The "Cottage", located in the scenic upper valley, is just a stone's throw from the Red River filled with an abundance of Rainbow Trout just waiting to jump on your hook.If quiet and solitude are what you are looking for, this is the place for you.

The Outback can sleep up to 13 people, has free wireless internet and direct TV. This 2 story cabin stands alone. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room with a wood burning stove, 1/2 bath, washer / Dryer and two bedrooms -one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed and full bath. The living room has a sleeper sofa with an innerspring mattress. Upstairs is one large loft bedroom. It has one queen, one full and 3 twin size beds. There is also a split bathroom-one door has the shower and the other has a toilet and sink. Outside has a gas grill, fire pit and table and chairs. Firewod is provided -just bring the marshmallows !
If you want peace and quiet and a semi-secluded vacation home the Cottage is the place for you! Located in the upper Red River Valley, 5 miles from town, The Cottage sits on the Red River. You can bait your hook and throw in your line from the wrap-around porch. Perfect for a couple or small family, it can sleep up to 6
Downstairs is a full kitchen with washer/dryer, living/dining room with wood burning stove. The living area has a futon and two twin beds that overlook the river. There is one full bath. The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds.
Outside we have a gas grill and gazebo that you are welcome to use. It also has a fire pit. Firewood is provided- just bring the marshmallows.
